Decent stay with a few quirks
I stayed for 2 nights in a queen room. The faux wood floor was a plus, made it feel clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I did see a couple of roaches and the snacks were only available in the lobby. Wi-fi was solid, but no coffee maker in the room was a bummer.

I had a delightful stay at Motel 6-Edinburg, Tx. The room I stayed in was updated and very comfortable, equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a nice flat-screen TV. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, offering extra towels as requested. The pool area was cleaned every morning, making it inviting for a refreshing swim.
The floor could use better cleaning.

The cleanliness was lacking. there was trash overflowing at the bottom of the stairs, which attracted flies.
